Graphic Designer

Island Grad Inc. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting Pasifika Islander students through education, advocacy, and community engagement. Guided by values of faith, family, and Kuleana (shared responsibility), the organization focuses on uplifting future generations through meaningful programs and collaboration.

The Graphic Designer creates clear, engaging visual content for print and digital use. This role supports the organization's mission by producing designs that communicate ideas effectively and align with branding standards. It is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented individual passionate about design and community impact.

Key Responsibilities
* Design materials such as flyers, social media graphics, newsletters, presentations, and reports
* Collaborate with team members to translate ideas into visual content
* Maintain consistent branding across all designs
* Develop layouts, illustrations, and other visual elements
* Prepare files for print and digital distribution
* Revise designs based on feedback
* Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
* Stay current with design tools and trends
* Support additional design needs as required

Qualifications
* High school diploma required; design-related education preferred
* Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or similar tools
* Understanding of typography, color, layout, and composition
* Strong attention to detail and creativity
* Good time management and communication skills
* Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
