We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The Graphic Designer will work closely with our marketing and communications team to create visually appealing and effective designs for various print and digital materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, excellent communication skills, and a passion for pediatric healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to develop creative concepts and designs for various print and digital materials, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and website graphics
- Create visually appealing and effective designs that align with the company's brand and messaging
- Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and designs meet the company's standards
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to inform design decisions
- Work closely with the marketing and communications team to ensure consistency and accuracy in all designs and materials
- Communicate and present design ideas and concepts to team members and stakeholders
- Collaborate with external vendors and printers to ensure high-quality production of materials
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance the company's visual brand identity
- Maintain a strong understanding of the company's mission, values, and services to accurately represent them in designs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a healthcare or related industry
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Knowledge of printing processes and ability to work with external vendors
