The Graphic Designer will work closely with the Marketing Manager, Marketing Analyst, Sales Team, Human Resources Team, and other cross-functional partners to support a variety of initiatives.
Essential Job Functions
- Creation & Management of social media posts.
- Imagery & Content management on our website.
- Creation of product literature for sales departments.
- Tradeshow booth designs & updates.
- Designing signage & merchandise
- Preparation for upcoming company events.
- Contribute to monthly business unit meetings regarding ongoing projects.
- Present completed and ongoing projects during monthly Marketing meetings.
- Capturing high-quality photos for marketing materials, social media, company events, & product promotions.

Base Job Prerequisites
- Graphic Design related degree with 1-3 years of relevant experience (four-year degree preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to team success and achieve defined objectives
- Ability to communicate professionally in both written and verbal formats, including presentations to small groups
- Strong design and customization skills
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, & Canva.
- Experience in Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects.
- Video production & other creative software applications.
- Organized, detail-oriented, & capable of managing multiple projects
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
- Full Time Non-Exempt 40 hours per week.
- 1st shift 7am-4pm Monday-Friday
- Overtime as needed
Work Environment:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in an office setting
Travel Expectations
- 5-10% travel for sales trips and trade shows, adhering to company travel policies at all times.
