Graphic Designer/Web Developer

BigBear.ai is seeking a Graphic Designer/Web Developer with strong design principles, an exceptional eye for detail, and a passion for producing creative and impactful visual materials that support the client's mission and enhance brand identity. This role applies graphic design skills to create a wide range of deliverables — including FINTEL products, logos, publications, presentations, and multimedia products, with potential involvement in video — while ensuring compliance with Section 508 accessibility standards.

• Design a wide range of visual deliverables, including FINTEL products, logos, publications, presentations, multimedia products, and potentially videos.
• Ensure all design products comply with Section 508 accessibility standards.
• Apply design principles such as typography, hierarchy, and visual balance to craft visually appealing, effective assets.
• Maintain consistency in organizational branding and messaging across all materials.
• Manage multiple concurrent work assignments with accuracy, sound time management, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Collaborate within a team of designers, engaging senior designers for feedback and quality improvement.
• Partner with stakeholders to conceptualize project requirements and deliver design solutions that effectively communicate government or defense-sector priorities.

• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree.
• 8+ years of experience in graphic design across print, digital, and multimedia products.
• Experience with Section 508 compliance for designing and developing accessible products.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience facilitating client-facing discussions to interpret workforce messaging, visually display data, and conceptualize analytic ideas.
• Ability to provide a portfolio showcasing a broad range of design work, including visual solutions for complex challenges.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliver design outcomes aligned with mission-focused goals.

• Active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
• Experience supporting intelligence analysts and senior-level or executive staff with tailored graphic design solutions.
• Experience with design tools such as Premiere Pro, Adobe XD, and MAPublisher.
• Experience working within the government or defense sectors.
• Knowledge of DoD or Intelligence Community (IC) processes and requirements.
• Ability to set expectations, define project timelines, and deliver quality products with minimal supervision or oversight.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
