Role Overview:
This is a full-time, onsite role for a multi-disciplinary designer who will own visual output across two distinct but interconnected workstreams: premium packaging and high-performance digital content. Reporting to the Art Director, the Graphic Designer will take packaging from concept to print-ready production, design Amazon A+ content and product imagery, and build digital assets for paid and organic social channels. The role also involves Figma-based e-commerce work, Canva template builds for the broader creative team, and active use of AI tools to accelerate ideation and workflow.
Location: 100% Remote (LATAM only)

Responsibilities:
Design primary and secondary packaging from concept through print-ready files, ensuring brand consistency and luxury finish standards across all materials.
Develop Amazon A+ content and product imagery optimized for conversion and visual impact in a competitive marketplace.
Produce digital assets for organic social (Instagram, TikTok) and paid media (Meta, Google Ads), adapting designs based on feedback from marketing and performance data.
Use Figma to build web-ready assets, landing pages, and digital experiences that support the customer journey across e-commerce platforms.
Build and maintain Canva templates that enable the team to produce quick-turn social content while preserving brand standards.
Integrate AI tools into the design workflow for mood boarding, ideation, and asset generation.
Qualifications:
4+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle.
Expert-level proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong command of file types, typography, print materials, and production processes.
Demonstrated experience creating Amazon A+ content with measurable impact on conversion.
Proficiency in Canva and Google Suite for collaborative design and project organization.
Active, documented use of AI tools (generative or workflow-based) in a professional design context.
Portfolio that reflects a clean, modern, and editorial design sensibility.
