Role: Graphic Production Designer Location: Baltimore MD -Hybrid (Onsite 1 day/week – Wednesday) Duration: Contract (12+ Months) Interview Process: 1 Round Teams Interview Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Graphic Production Designer to support high-volume print production work. This role focuses on creating and updating flyers, brochures, and postcards primarily for Medicare and Medicaid communications. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in design principles and can transform existing content into polished, production-ready layouts. Key Responsibilities Develop and update print materials including flyers, brochures, and postcards Create new layouts using existing content and branding guidelines Perform high-volume production edits with strong attention to detail Ensure accuracy in typography, spacing, and alignment Rearrange and enhance content in PowerPoint presentations Collaborate with a team of graphic designers to meet deadlines Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in graphic production/design Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) Experience with Design Base or similar tools Solid understanding of design fundamentals (Design 101) Proven experience in layout development Ability to work on production-heavy tasks and iterative edits Must provide work samples/portfolio Must have own computer (Mac preferred, PC acceptable) Preferred Qualifications Experience with Medicare/Medicaid or healthcare-related materials Knowledge of Section 508 compliance and WCAG accessibility standards Strong PowerPoint design and formatting skills Lumen Solutions Group Inc is an equal opportunity employer.
