What you’ll do
- Independently set up and operate a semi-automatic graphic (non-textile) screen print press.
- Troubleshoot print issues; adjust press mechanics to sustain quality, registration, color, and throughput.
- Handle inks, print-related chemicals, and plastic substrates with confidence and care.
- Maintain strict color consistency from first article to final piece.
- Ensure optimal performance of UV curing equipment for proper ink curing.
- Spot process risks; recommend improvements and share insights with stakeholders.
- Protect and maintain company assets to maximize ROI.
- Follow all safety protocols; report risks, incidents, injuries, and near-misses immediately.
- Foster strong relationships with employees, vendors, partners, and regulatory agencies.
- Safeguard confidential and proprietary information.
What you’ll bring
- 18+ years of age.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- General familiarity with the printing industry.
- Tech-ready: Solid PC skills and a desire to learn more.
- Mindset: Detail-obsessed, trustworthy, and committed to high-quality output.
- Work style: Independent when needed; collaborative by default.
- Time-savvy: Able to juggle priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Communication: Clear English, written and spoken.

- Flexible: Available for non-standard hours, including occasional nights, weekends, and holidays.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Bonus points
- 2+ years running a graphic screen printing press.
