Graphics Engineer Senior

Overview The Graphics Engineer Sr I produces and reviews technical documentation reflecting detailed knowledge of specific technical areas in graphic design, related industrial design, architecture, drafting, and interior design for the Capability Program Executive, Intelligence, Electronic Warfare, and Sensors (CPE IEW&S) Program Management Offices.

Responsibilities

• Focuses on overall art and creative direction.
• Provides advanced technical graphics and design guidance to graphics staff.
• Responsible for overall management of the budget for the graphics unit and for cost recovery for work done on projects.
• Primary interface with other vendors and consultants for services and subcontractors or service providers related to larger graphics environmental efforts.
• Supporting the production of awards, including but not limited to the matting and framing of various products.
• Supporting various photography requirements for events, conferences, and meetings.
• Provide conference graphic support, including planning, development, and placement of printed materials, signage, exhibits, and other event visuals in collaboration with event planners and stakeholders.
• Ensure technical graphic design deliverables related to industrial design, architecture, drafting, and environmental branding, ensuring accuracy and quality control.
• Provide expert review and quality assurance for all graphic outputs, maintaining compliance with Army and CPE IEW&S branding and technical standards.

Qualifications Required

• Bachelors Degree in Graphics design, computer information systems, Commercial art, fine arts, art history, industrial design, architecture, drafting, interior design, photography, videography/video editing, visual communication, or other fields related to the position.
• A minimum of four (4) years experience in the field of graphics, videography, and/or other design-relevant experience required.
• Associates degree in Graphics design, computer information systems, Commercial art, fine arts, art history, industrial design, architecture, drafting, interior design, photography, videography/video editing, visual communication, or other fields related to the position, and a minimum of seven (7) years experience in the field of graphics and design.
• Possesses knowledge of multiple PC and Macintosh application packages, including word processing, spreadsheets, graphics, and drawing packages.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.
• Secret Clearance.
