Job Title: Night Shift Graphics Operator

Company: Trifecta Medical

A Graphics Operator is responsible for operating the equipment used for laser etching and silk-screening purposes. Operator is responsible for etching/silk screening the correct designs and identification in the proper locations and sizes based on prints/drawings provided.

Job Duties and Responsibilities (Laser Etch):

• Build appropriate fixtures required for product
• Program laser with appropriate design
• Load the material on fixtures, pull designs from the files, and keep the piece of equipment running smoothly.
• Make machines adjustments, and check dimensions, and design requirements of product to print.
• Submission of 1st articles for each new job.
• Complete documentation legibly and accurately
• Report all production in ERP system.
• Manage the operation of all production equipment in responsible areas with minor trouble-shooting ability to guarantee quality output.
• Utilize the appropriate measurement equipment on the product and report any quality issues to the Production Supervisor. (Calipers, pin gauges, and other calibrated measuring equipment)

Job Duties and Responsibilities (Silk Screen):

• Perform silk screen functions in accordance with company policies
• Identify and set up standard methods of performing silk screen duties
• Provide support to product in process (WIP) as needed
• Standardize techniques to provide consistency on verifying product meets prints and expectations
• Develop work instructions as needed to standardize silk screen processes
• Self-monitor work and progress to identify and set up needs for scheduling and completing product
• Work cohesively with team members with problem solving and acceptance criteria

Must be able to stand for long periods, lift 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
