GRC Archer Network Security Analyst II (RSA Archer Specialist)

Job Description:Seeking an experienced GRC Archer Network Security Analyst II to support enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) initiatives through the planning, design, implementation, customization, and support of RSA Archer solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in RSA Archer platform architecture, governance frameworks, application customization, workflows, integrations, and risk management processes. This role requires collaboration with Information Security, Compliance, Risk Management, Data Privacy, and technical teams to build scalable and secure Archer applications supporting assessment and authorization, control assurance, issue management, and compliance monitoring activities. The candidate should be capable of independently handling complex technical assignments while supporting enterprise governance, compliance operations, and continuous system optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, implement, and maintain RSA Archer solutions across enterprise environments
• Support Assessment and Authorization (A&A) programs and governance initiatives
• Develop Controls Assurance and Issues Management solutions within RSA Archer
• Build, configure, and customize Archer applications, forms, workflows, questionnaires, and calculations
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solution designs
• Configure role-based access controls and workflow processes within Archer applications
• Develop REST API and web service integrations with enterprise systems
• Integrate Archer with ServiceNow and other ITSM/CMDB platforms
• Develop JavaScript and jQuery customizations to support Archer functionality
• Create technical documentation, implementation plans, and testing documentation
• Support troubleshooting, performance optimization, defect resolution, and issue remediation
• Follow enterprise change management and release management standards
• Conduct end-user walkthroughs, training, and knowledge transfer sessions

Additional Responsibilities:

• Monitor project deliverables, technical milestones, and implementation risks
• Collaborate with compliance, security, risk, and IT stakeholders on governance initiatives
• Maintain governance and compliance standards across enterprise deployments
• Support enterprise GRC operations and continuous compliance monitoring activities
• Participate in process improvement and system optimization efforts
• Perform special projects and additional technical responsibilities as assigned

Required Skills:

• Expert-level knowledge of RSA Archer platform architecture and configuration
• Strong experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions
• Experience with REST API integrations and enterprise web services
• Strong JavaScript and jQuery development experience
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solution designs
• Knowledge of governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks
• Experience with workflow configuration and role-based access controls
• Strong troubleshooting, defect resolution, and application optimization skills
• Experience working within structured, change-controlled enterprise environments
• Excellent technical documentation and communication skills
• Ability to independently manage complex technical implementations

Qualifications:

• Experience supporting enterprise or government GRC implementations preferred
• Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and SOC preferred
• Experience integrating RSA Archer with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms preferred
• Experience supporting Information Security, Risk Management, or Compliance teams preferred
• Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills preferred

Certifications:

• Archer Certified Professional (ACP) required OR
• Level 3 Archer Certified Administrator Expert Certification required
