A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Project Manager – GRC.

Position type: Contract
Duration: 12+ months
Location: Hybrid 3 days onsite in Charlotte, NC

As a Project Manager - GRC, you are required to :
• Provide end-to-end oversight of technology risk and control performance, including monitoring Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), identifying risks/issues, and driving appropriate escalation where necessary.
• Lead issue management and remediation activities to ensure timely closure of control gaps, audit observations, risk findings, and corrective action plans.
• Represent the organization in risk governance forums and stakeholder meetings, ensuring effective communication, risk visibility, and alignment across teams.
• Oversee and monitor key technology risk domains such as Vulnerability Management, Identity & Access Management (IAM), infrastructure risk, and cybersecurity controls.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to strengthen governance processes, improve risk reporting, and enhance accountability for remediation activities.
• Analyze risk metrics, control performance, and large data sets to identify trends, emerging risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Translate complex risk and control data into concise, actionable insights for leadership and key stakeholders.
• Maintain governance dashboards, reports, and management information to support risk-based decision-making.
• Track project milestones, risk mitigation actions, and governance deliverables to ensure adherence to timelines and organizational standards.
• Leverage Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, for data analysis, reporting, and control monitoring activities and utilize Agile project management methodologies and tools such as Jira to manage governance initiatives, issue tracking, and stakeholder collaboration.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $59 - $62 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
