About the Role:
Trisail Group LLC is looking for a talented and passionate Hairstylist to join their team in Cranberry Township, PA! This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your creativity and technical skills to a dynamic salon environment where you can grow your clientele and do what you love every day.



Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of hair services including cuts,  and styling
• Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and recommend appropriate treatments
• Deliver exceptional customer service to build and maintain a loyal client base
• Stay current with the latest hair trends, techniques, and product knowledge
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workstation in compliance with health and safety standards
• Upsell retail hair care products and additional salon services to clients
• Manage appointment scheduling and follow up with clients as needed

Requirements:

• Valid Pennsylvania Cosmetology License required
• Previous experience as a hairstylist or cosmetologist preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first attitude
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Self-motivated with the ability to build and retain a personal clientele
• Professional, reliable, and passionate about the beauty industry
