The Opportunity

FuntoNetwork is seeking a Network Support Engineer for upcoming project opportunity: Information Technology Managed Services.

Core Responsibilities

• Map the connections and devices affected by Grand Isle managed IT services network faults.
• Check the current Grand Isle managed IT services network configuration.
• Test reachability across the affected Grand Isle managed IT services network paths.
• Locate the point at which Grand Isle managed IT services connectivity fails.
• Assess whether Grand Isle managed IT services faults arise from configuration, equipment or connected services.
• Prepare approved Grand Isle managed IT services network changes.
• Apply the assigned Grand Isle managed IT services network configuration or maintenance changes.
• Verify Grand Isle managed IT services connectivity after the changes.
• Investigate remaining Grand Isle managed IT services availability issues.
• Update Grand Isle managed IT services network configuration and diagnostic records.
