Core Responsibilities

• Deliver the role-specific work described in this posting for the associated RFP.
• Coordinate assigned evidence, estimates, availability, and technical inputs with the FuntoNetwork proposal team.
• Maintain accurate, timely work products aligned to the client requirements and submission schedule.
• Confirm work-package inputs, constraints, dependencies, stakeholders, milestones, deliverables, and acceptance criteria.
• Develop and maintain the role work plan, required technical or operational work products, estimates, and decision records.
• Trace assigned work to the RFP scope, requirement or RTM row, deliverable, dependency, acceptance criterion, schedule milestone, and supporting evidence.
• Review official solicitation materials and addenda affecting this workstream; document assumptions, open items, exclusions, risks, and required client decisions.
• Prepare role-specific technical inputs, work products, estimates, implementation details, quality records, and proposal or post-award delivery evidence.
• Coordinate interfaces and handoffs with project management, business analysis, technical, field, quality, compliance, training, and operations workstreams.
• Maintain status, issue, decision, change, and evidence records and escalate blockers before they affect submission or delivery readiness.
