The Opportunity

FuntoNetwork is seeking a Transit Construction Quality Inspector for upcoming project opportunity: GoRaleigh Operations and Maintenance Facility Expansion.

Core Responsibilities

• Identify the inspection criteria for the assigned GoRaleigh administrative and maintenance building expansion work.
• Check the condition of GoRaleigh administrative and maintenance building expansion materials and equipment before use.
• Inspect GoRaleigh administrative and maintenance building expansion work before it is concealed or placed into service.
• Compare completed GoRaleigh administrative and maintenance building expansion work with the approved details.
• Identify hazards affecting safe GoRaleigh administrative and maintenance building expansion work or operation.
• Record the location and evidence of GoRaleigh administrative and maintenance building expansion defects.
• Explain the corrections needed for each GoRaleigh administrative and maintenance building expansion deficiency.
• Inspect corrected GoRaleigh administrative and maintenance building expansion work.
• Compile unresolved GoRaleigh administrative and maintenance building expansion defects for the acceptance review.
• Prepare inspection records showing which GoRaleigh administrative and maintenance building expansion items were checked and accepted.

What You Bring

• Demonstrated experience performing Transit Construction Quality Inspector responsibilities in public-sector, regulated, enterprise, or comparable environments.
• Ability to produce complete, reviewable work products tied to requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Strong documentation, stakeholder coordination, risk awareness, confidentiality, and deadline discipline.
• Relevant licenses, certifications, clearances, insurance, or local delivery capacity when required by the solicitation.
