The Opportunity

FuntoNetwork is seeking a Transit Facility Construction Superintendent for upcoming project opportunity: Design-Build for Transit Facility Upfit Projects.

Core Responsibilities

• Execute the Transit Facility Construction Superintendent scope for Design-Build for Transit Facility Upfit Projects: Manage field work, phasing around transit operations, subcontractors, schedule, site logistics, and daily documentation.
• Complete site or receiving readiness, mobilization, access, safety, sequencing, material, equipment, and outage coordination.
• Execute and document the assigned installation, construction, maintenance, shipping, receiving, or field-service activities to the approved requirements.
• Maintain daily production, labor, material, custody, safety, inspection, issue, and change records; coordinate required corrective work.
• Complete testing, punch-list resolution, reconciliation, turnover documentation, training or demonstrations, and client acceptance.
• Trace assigned work to the RFP scope, requirement or RTM row, deliverable, dependency, acceptance criterion, schedule milestone, and supporting evidence.
• Review official solicitation materials and addenda affecting this workstream; document assumptions, open items, exclusions, risks, and required client decisions.
• Prepare role-specific technical inputs, work products, estimates, implementation details, quality records, and proposal or post-award delivery evidence.
• Coordinate interfaces and handoffs with project management, business analysis, technical, field, quality, compliance, training, and operations workstreams.
• Maintain status, issue, decision, change, and evidence records and escalate blockers before they affect submission or delivery readiness.

What You Bring

• Demonstrated experience performing Transit Facility Construction Superintendent responsibilities in public-sector, regulated, enterprise, or comparable environments.
• Ability to produce complete, reviewable work products tied to requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Strong documentation, stakeholder coordination, risk awareness, confidentiality, and deadline discipline.
• Relevant licenses, certifications, clearances, insurance, or local delivery capacity when required by the solicitation.
