Beechmont Country Club is seeking dependable and motivated Seasonal Agronomy Team Members to support golf course operations during the 2026 season. Both full-time seasonal and part-time positions are available.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in working outdoors, gaining golf course experience, or beginning a career in turfgrass management. Team members will play a key role in helping maintain the newly renovated golf course while working in a fun, team-oriented atmosphere at a high-level private facility.
Seasonal Agronomy Team Member (Seasonal Full-Time & Part-Time)
Season Date: April 2026 - October 2026 (End dates may vary based upon return to school schedules and weather conditions)
Pay: $15-$17/hour (DOE)
Key Responsibilities:
• Mowing greens, tees, fairways, and rough • Bunker maintenance and detail work (including newly renovated bunkers) • String trimming, edging, and general course cleanup • Divot filling and ball mark repair • Assist with irrigation operation and hand watering as needed • Support tournament and event preparation • Maintain a clean and safe work environment • Work as part of a team to deliver championship-level conditions
Qualifications:
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions • Reliable and punctual • Team-oriented mindset • Golf course or landscaping experience helpful but not required • Willing to train motivated candidates
Compensation & Benefits:
