Job Title: Greenskeeper
Pay: $16.50/hr – $19.50/hr

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Daily Course Preparation
- Mow greens, tees, fairways, approaches, roughs, and practice areas according to established schedules and standards
- Rake bunkers and maintain bunker edges to ensure consistency and playability
- Perform other daily setup tasks as needed
Turf and Grounds Maintenance
- Assist with irrigation tasks including hand-watering, valve operation, and basic troubleshooting
- Perform trimming, edging, and debris removal around course features and facilities
- Assist with turf repair, divot filling, ball mark repair, and sod work as needed
- Support special maintenance projects such as aerification, topdressing, seeding, and fertilization
Preferred Requirements
- Ability to operate or learn to operate golf course maintenance equipment
- Ability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Basic understanding of workplace safety practices
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions including heat, cold, rain, and humidity
- Manual dexterity and coordination to operate equipment safely and effectively
