We"re searching for enthusiastic Customer Service Coordinators to join our amazing team in Greenville, TX. This isn"t just a job; it"s a chance to be the friendly face (and voice!) behind exceptional customer experiences. You"ll be the key to making our customers feel valued and supported, and we"ll give you the tools and training to shine!

What You"ll Do:

  • Be the first point of contact for our awesome customers - answering questions, solving issues, and generally being awesome.
  • Provide top-notch customer service via phone, email, and maybe even a friendly face-to-face chat.
  • Collaborate with your team to conquer any customer challenges that come your way.
  • Keep things organized by accurately documenting customer interactions.
  • Help train and welcome new team members - spread the customer service love!
  • Spot ways we can improve and make our customers even happier!

Choose Your Adventure! (aka Shift Options):

  • We understand that life doesn"t always fit a 9-to-5 schedule. That"s why we offer flexible shifts with fantastic perks!
  • Early Bird: 5:30 AM - 3:30 PM (8 hours) - Earn $17.75/hour
  • Afternoon Delight: 1:30 PM - 10:30 PM (8 hours) - Earn $17.75/hour + an 8% shift differential
  • Night Owl: 9:30 PM - 6:30 AM (8 hours) - Earn $17.75/hour + a 10% shift differential

What We"re Looking For (Your Superpowers):

  • High school diploma or equivalent (bonus points for customer service certifications!)
  • Previous customer service or coordination experience is a plus!
  • Excellent communication skills (you"re a natural people-person!)
  • Strong problem-solving abilities (you love a good challenge!)
  • Team player attitude (we thrive on collaboration!)
  • Computer skills and a knack for learning new software
