Safety Greeter

RMG Staffing & Recruiting is hiring Safety Greeters for a luxury resort water park in Aventura, FL. This is an entry-level, guest-facing role — no security license or law enforcement experience required. We're looking for people who are hospitable first and rule-enforcers second.

Full Job Description

As a Safety Greeter, you'll be the first point of contact for guests entering the water park, responsible for keeping the entrance welcoming, safe, and running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest at the water park entrance with a warm, welcoming attitude
• Check bags for outside food, drinks, and alcohol before entry
• Confirm waiver completion via QR code/tablet for all guests
• Enforce prohibited items policy, redirecting any weapons-related situations to on-site security
• Stand and rotate through long shifts outdoors, roughly 8:45 AM–6:00/7:00 PM

• Fluent English speaker, comfortable communicating clearly with guests
• Confident enforcing rules without losing a friendly, welcoming tone
• Comfortable working outdoors in the heat for extended shifts
• Reliable, punctual, and able to stay at post for the full shift
• No security background required; hospitality experience preferred over law enforcement background
