We are often referred to as "Team Rahal" and for a good reason; our number one focus is to work together exceeding client's expectations each and every time they do business with us.Position OverviewThe Greeter is responsible for performing a variety of duties as it relates to making our clients feel welcome at the dealership.Who would I interact with?This position interacts daily via inbound/outbound calls with clients, as well as direct interaction with the sales and service teams just to name a few.What are the day-to-day responsibilities?Warmly greet all clients, vendors, and other visitors that come into the showroom.Use a multi-line phone system to direct incoming calls to the appropriate party.Process receipts for transactions in the sales department.Handle paperwork for accounting functions for dealer trades performed by the sales department.General office duties such as emailing, copying, filing and faxing.What are the requirements for this job?Detail oriented and excels in a fast-paced, results driven environmentProfessional and friendly phone skills with a passion for customer serviceStrong computer skillsAbility to multi-task with excellent organizational skillsHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredSuccessfully pass a pre-employment background check and driving record checkApply Today!
