Position Summary

Penda Aiken Inc. is a staffing firm located in Brooklyn, New York. Our client is a New York State Agency and is seeking a dedicated Temporary Greeter to support visitor operations in Yonkers, NY. The primary focus of this role is to welcome visitors, manage queue flow, assist with basic testing procedures, and provide terminal support.

This is a fast-paced role requiring high reliability, punctuality, and the ability to maintain meticulous attention to detail while interacting directly with the public.

Primary Responsibilities

• 
  Customer Reception & Queue Management: Greet arriving visitors, guide them through site processes, and manage customer queue routing systems.
  
• 
  Document Screening & Test Proctoring: Review paperwork for accuracy, proctor required tests, and process test results.
  
• 
  Vision Testing & Data Entry: Grade vision test results and input passing scores into the system.
  
• 
  Kiosk & Administrative Support: Assist visitors at automated service kiosks and capture photos for official processing.
  

Work Schedule

• 
  Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Hours may fluctuate based on operational needs).
