GREETER

About the Role:
Join 696 CARS LLC as a GREETER, where you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers! This exciting role offers you the opportunity to create a welcoming atmosphere and provide exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
Work schedule would be Friday and Saturday 10-7 and Sunday 11-5



Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers as they enter the dealership / offering refreshments
• Assist customers with inquiries and direct them to the appropriate departments.
• Maintain a clean and organized area.
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments efficiently.
• Provide information and show/demonstrate vehicles to customer
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and feedback promptly
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience.
• Posting and managing inventory (taking pics of autos)
• Print out customers paperwork, explain each form, make sure customer signs all forms correctly
• Transport vehicles to and from auction from time to time

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have a valid Florida drivers license
• Must have transportation to and from work
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a friendly demeanor.
• Proficient in basic computer skills and phone systems.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Passion for providing outstanding customer service.
