Grill Chef

The Grill Chef plays an essential role in a high-volume fast-casual dining environment, ensuring the preparation and cooking of food to the highest standards. This position involves managing grill operations, maintaining food quality and safety, coordinating with the kitchen team, and adhering to sanitation protocols. Reporting to the Sous Chef, the Grill Chef is responsible for efficient food production within a dynamic and fast-paced workflow.

Responsibilities

• Prepare grill stations and ingredients for service
• Cook food items with precision, ensuring proper temperature control
• Maintain quality assurance by inspecting food appearance and taste
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed
• Clean and maintain grill equipment daily to ensure sanitation compliance
• Coordinate with kitchen team members to ensure order accuracy and timely service
• Comply with safety regulations and sanitation standards
• Plate food attractively before service
• Perform occasional inventory and supply duties
