This position is located within a Hawaiian Bros Digital Kitchen. Our Digital Kitchens contain the kitchen equipment and facilities needed for the preparation of meals but have no dining area for walk-in customers. Some customer-facing roles listed below may not apply at this location.

Position Overview: As an Aloha Ambassador/Crew Member, youll bring the Aloha spirit to life by providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: • Greet and welcome guests with a big smile and genuine Aloha. • Make each customers experience exceptional by listening to their needs and offering personalized recommendations. • Keep the positive vibes flowing and create a harmonious atmosphere for guests and teammates. • Get involved in community initiatives that bring people together and make a difference. • Work as a team to keep operations running smooth and clean and ensure guests have a fantastic time.
Utility roles may include (but are not limited to): • Dish • Dole Whip • Service Line • Food Prep • Linebacker • Bagger • Grill Cook - responsible for preparing high-quality food in a safe manner, and cleaning/sanitizing items used in food preparation to prevent contamination.
