This is a lead line cook position in a high volume, fast paced restaurant. You must be able to maintain composure and focus while under duress. Applicants must possess strong communication skills, leadership qualities, and strong work ethic. One must have experience cooking proteins and fish to order. Overtime is required on the weekends.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:: • Ability to be a team member of diverse personalities and positions using excellent communication and organizational skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with high efficiency. • At least 3 years cooking experience and at least one year grill experience
Experience in a high volume restaurant proffered
Ability to cook proteins to temperature (i.e. medium rare, medium well, etc.)
Experience with butchering fish and meat proffered
