Logan Inn is seeking an experienced Grill Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Responsibilities include:
1. Preparing and stocking the grill station for service
2. Maintaining proper mise en place
3. Cooking menu items to Logan Inn standards, and ensuring consistency and quality on every plate.
4. The Grill Cook must also properly handle, rotate, and maintain all proteins, including portioning, storage, temperature control, and freshness standards.
Prior line cook or grill experience is preferred. Competitive pay based on experience.
