- Grill and prepare proteins to perfection while following Hawaiian Bros recipes and food safety standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment-because good vibes start with good habits.
- Communicate clearly and kindly with your team to keep the flow smooth and the orders hot.
- Keep cool under pressure-especially during peak hours-while staying focused on quality.
- Support teammates across all kitchen roles, including prep, dish, and bagging, when needed.
