Grill Cook

The Role: Bring the flavor of the East Coast to life! We are looking for an experienced Grill Cook to take charge of our flat top. Our authentic Philly Cheesesteaks are a massive hit, and we need someone who knows how to chop, season, and melt to perfection while keeping ticket times low.

What You’ll Do:

• Cook our signature Philly cheesesteaks, hot subs, and hot dinners to order on the flat-top grill.
• Manage grill temperatures and maintain a continuous workflow during busy mall traffic hours.
• Prep meats, cheeses, and vegetables for your station prior to service.
• Maintain a spotless, health-code-compliant grill station. Requirements:
• Prior experience working as a Grill Cook or Line Cook in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Excellent multitasking skills and the ability to read and execute tickets quickly.
