About the Role:
Join our team as a Grill Man at BLAZIN CHICKEN & GYRO in Ewing, NJ! You'll be part of a dynamic kitchen environment where your grilling skills will shine and contribute to our delicious offerings.



Responsibilities:

• Prepare and grill chicken and gyro to perfection, ensuring high-quality taste and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill area to meet health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to manage food orders efficiently during peak hours.
• Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure food is cooked properly.
• Assist in inventory management, including ordering and stocking supplies as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and addressing any concerns.
• Follow all food safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a grill or kitchen environment preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork mentality.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
