This is a high-autonomy, high-reward role for a culinary professional who can manage a "business-on-wheels" and deliver the artisan quality our customers have loved for 20 years.
Why this role is different: Most "cook" jobs have a low ceiling. Our Grill Masters are performance-driven operators. Because of our loyal following and high-volume locations, our full-time Grill Masters consistently see total annual takes of $80,000+ (Base + Tips).
What You ll Do (The Mission)
- Command the Truck: Take full ownership of your mobile unit from transport to setup at the Bay Area s premier Farmer's Markets.
- Artisan Execution: Master the craft of slow-cooked rotisserie (Mary s Chicken, heritage ribs, and our world-famous porchetta).
- Drive Revenue: Act as the face of the brand. Use your personality and product knowledge to guide guests and maximize sales.
- Operational Excellence: Manage real-time inventory, maintain "Gold Standard" food safety, and lead a small, tight-knit team to peak performance.
