Position Overview
We're hiring a Full Time Year Round Line Cook to run a high-volume grill orpasta station. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to execute consistently under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Execute dishes to spec with consistency and speed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked station
- Communicate clearly and coordinate with the team during service
- Follow all recipes, plating, and timing standards
- Assist teammates and support overall kitchen flow
- Uphold cleanliness and food safety standards
Qualifications
- Experience on grill and pasta stations
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Works well under pressure with a sense of urgency
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Solid understanding of food safety practices
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Standing and moving for extended periods
- Bending, reaching, and working with hot equipment
