Description: Spring Coil Grind Setter/Operator 1st Shift: 6:00am 2:30pm Pay: $28-$31/hr We are seeking a Spring Coil Grind Setter/Operator to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for setting up and operating spring grinding machines to ensure parts meet quality and production standards. Duties include machine setup, tool changes, inspecting finished products, making adjustments as needed, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment. Qualified candidates should have mechanical aptitude, manufacturing experience, and the ability to use measuring tools and read job specifications. Training is available for candidates willing to learn and grow long term.
