Grinder – 2nd Shift

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2nd Shift

Pay: $21.78–$23.34/hr

Seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Grinder to finish sheet metal parts and enclosures using grinders, sanders, Time Savers, and pneumatic hand tools. Responsibilities include prepping parts for outside processing, maintaining a clean and organized 5S workstation, following lean practices and safety procedures, and wearing required PPE.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Good communication and multitasking skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

• Able to stand/walk for most of the shift

• Able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.

• Comfortable climbing, stooping, kneeling, and working with 12-ft ladders

• 2+ Prior grinding, sheet metal, or manufacturing experience
