Grinder - 2nd ShiftWe are currently seeking detail-oriented candidates for our client located in Hartville, Ohio. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to work with one of the largest manufacturers of vinyl fence, deck, and railing accessories in the US and Canada.

Hours:
2nd Shift: 3:30pm - 12:00am + overtime as needed
Must be able to train on first shift initially (7:30am - 4:00pm)
Pay:
$15.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:- Remove and grind scrapped parts from molding machines
- Monitor and report scrap and trashed resin weights
- Keep all regrinds separated
- Properly label all regrinds
- Store all regrind in proper locations
- Report all full scrap gaylords to supervision
- Properly clean grinders as needed
- Report any chipped blades or non-functioning grinders to supervision
- Assist with general labor and warehouse duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Willing to be trained on forklift operation
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred
- Perfect attendance record
Nice to Have Skills:- Forklift operation (training provided)
- Manufacturing or warehouse experience
Preferred Education and Experience:- High School diploma or GED
- Manufacturing experience (preferred but not required)
Other Requirements:- Ability to work on-site
- Must be able to stand, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a production environment
