Grinder Operators

3-Week Project (Temp-to-Hire Opportunity)

We are actively hiring skilled Grinder/Deburr Technicians for an immediate-start project supporting high-precision aerospace manufacturing. If you have experience and can hit the ground running, we want to hear from you NOW.

What You' ll Do
  • Review work orders and confirm prior operations are complete
  • Select proper tools and equipment for each job
  • Deburr, grind, polish, and finish precision metal components
  • Operate manual and semi-automated grinding equipment
  • Smooth edges and surfaces to tight tolerances
  • Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
  • Produce first-article parts for approval
  • Troubleshoot and report any process or equipment issues
What We' re Looking For
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 3+ years of aerospace or precision manufacturing experience
  • Strong background in grinding, deburring, and finishing
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
  • Skilled with hand tools, grinders, sanders, and pneumatic/electric tools
  • Experience with inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, radius gauges)
  • High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Solid math and communication skills
