Aerospace Company seeking a Grinder Operator in Brea, CA - The Centerless Grinder Set Up Operator will set-up and operate one Cincinnati #2 OM Center-Less Grinding Machine. While operating the machine the operator will follow the quality policy of 3V Fasteners.

Job Details

Seeking an experienced Centerless Grinder Set-Up Operator to set up and operate Cincinnati #2 OM Centerless Grinding Machines while maintaining high quality and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform close-tolerance machine setups on multiple material types.
• Set up and operate Cincinnati Centerless Grinding equipment.
• Conduct first article inspections and verify parts against prints.
• Determine correct grinding wheel speeds and stock removal rates.
• Complete production and inspection documentation.
• Train and support less experienced operators.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 5+ years of centerless grinding experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.
• Experience with Cincinnati Centerless Grinders preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the entire shift.
