Location: Dayton, OH

Pay Rate: $17.00 - $18.50 per hour

Requirements

• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or metal processing experience preferred
• Experience grinding metal products preferred
• Ability to accurately use micrometers and calipers
• Previous forklift experience is a plus but not required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Reliable attendance and positive work ethic
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Ability to safely work around heavy materials and manufacturing equipment

Job Duties

• Grind and finish metal products according to work orders and customer specifications
• Inspect materials throughout the production process to ensure quality and accuracy
• Use precision measuring tools, including micrometers and calipers, to verify product dimensions
• Operate forklifts, as trained, to move raw materials and finished products throughout the facility
• Load, unload, and transport materials as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety policies, quality standards, and PPE requirements
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals
• Perform additional warehouse and production duties as assigned
