$18.00 - $21.00 per Hour
Full-Time | Monday - Thursday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

What You'll Be Doing

Grind rubber-coated rolls to precise customer specifications
Monitor dimensions and quality throughout the grinding process
Read and follow work orders and production instructions
Use precision measuring tools to ensure quality standards are met
Work safely around industrial machinery and moving equipment
Assist with production and material handling activities
Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

Experience operating industrial grinding equipment
Experience using measuring tools, including calipers and diameter tapes
Experience operating forklifts, overhead cranes, and manual lathes is a plus
Ability to read and follow work orders and production instructions
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive bending and stooping
Ability to safely handle and manipulate large equipment and materials
Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures
High School Diploma or GED preferred
