Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking qualified and motivated candidates for Grinder Operator openings in the Wyoming and Big Lake area. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are detail oriented, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working in a fast paced production environment.

Pay and Schedule

Hourly Pay: $23-$25 per hour

Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM Friday, 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM

Pay Frequency: Weekly

Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire

Location: Wyoming/Big Lake, MN

Key Responsibilities

Operate grinding machines to remove excess material Inspect parts for quality and accuracy Deburr, smooth, and finish metal components Follow production specifications and safety procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications

Previous experience operating grinders or similar equipment Ability to read basic measurements and follow instructions Strong attention to detail Mechanical aptitude Ability to work independently and stay on task.
