1st Shift | 7:00 am 3:30 pm
Pay
$18.00 Per Hour
Key Responsibilities
Operate grinders, including stroke sanders and pneumatic grinders
Grind or sand sharp edges and burrs to specifications
Use belt, orbital, and other finishing tools efficiently
Follow blueprints or work instructions carefully
Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Minimum Requirements
1+ years of experience operating grinders and sanders
Ability to grind and sand complex shapes and edges
Good attention to detail and ability to follow blueprints
Comfortable with physical tasks and heavy lifting
Nice to Have Skills
Experience with drilling, tapping, and welding studs
Knowledge of pre-coating and finishing processes
Preferred Education and Experience
High School Diploma or GED
Manufacturing or metal finishing experience preferred
Other Requirements
Energetic with a willingness to learn new techniques
Able to work on-site during first shift hours
Attention to safety and quality standards in manufacturing environment
