Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Metal Finishers to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in grinding, machining and fabrication, with the ability to operate various grinding machines and tools. This role involves precision work to ensure high-quality finishes on metal components, contributing to the overall production process.

Duties
Operate and maintain grinding machines, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
Perform grinding operations on various materials, including metals.
Utilize CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, and other machining equipment as needed.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine specifications.
Conduct quality inspections using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet production deadlines.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Assist in the assembly of parts and components as required.

Requirements
Proficiency in operating hand tools, CNC machinery, and fabrication equipment.
Familiarity with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles.
Experience with electrical discharge machining, plasma cutting, stamping presses, and press brake machines is preferred.
Strong mechanical knowledge with a solid understanding of manufacturing processes.
Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to machining tasks.
Ability to read blueprints and technical documents accurately.
Experience in quality inspection processes to ensure product standards are met.
Knowledge of tooling techniques for effective grinding operations.
