    Description

    We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Grinding Machine Operator to join our client’s manufacturing team in Seneca, South Carolina. This position is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring grinding equipment to produce high-quality components that meet customer specifications and company standards. The ideal candidate has experience working in a manufacturing environment, strong mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety and quality.Responsibilities
    • Set up and operate grinding machines according to production requirements and work instructions. 
    • Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical specifications. 
    • Measure and inspect finished products using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges. 
    • Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain product quality and dimensional accuracy. 
    • Perform routine machine maintenance, cleaning, and lubrication. 
    • Identify and report equipment malfunctions, quality concerns, or safety issues. 
    • Maintain accurate production and quality records. 
    • Follow all company safety procedures, quality standards, and workplace policies. 
    • Work collaboratively with production, quality, and maintenance teams to meet production goals. 
    Requirements
    • High school diploma or GED. 
    • Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience. 
    • Ability to read measuring tools and perform basic mathematical calculations. 
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. 
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. 
    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. 
    • Experience operating grinding machines, CNC equipment, or precision machining equipment. 
    • Knowledge of manufacturing quality standards and inspection processes. 
    • Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain certification). 
    Shift: 3rd shift (must be able to train on 1st)Pay: $21.07
