Grinding Machine Operator

Legacy Staffing is partnering with a leading precision manufacturing company in Hudson, Ohio to hire experienced Grinding Machine Operators.  This is a first shift opportunity with a pay range of $25-30/hour based on experience and skill level. This role focuses on operating and maintaining centerless grinding machines to produce metal components. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate centerless grinding machines 
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as necessary 
• Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy 
• Select and mount grinding wheels according to specifications 
• Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning 
• Identify and remove defective parts from production 

Required Qualifications: 

• Must have Centerless Grinding CNC Experience 
• High School Diploma or equivalent 
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with machinery 
• Basic math and measurement skills 
• Ability to lift 50–70 pounds 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to read blueprints and understand measurements 
• Previous grinding or machining experience
