Your challenge

• Can you turn customer manufacturing specs into accurate machine instructions that run right the first time?
• Will you set up, operate, and troubleshoot surface grinding equipment to meet exacting tolerances and finishes?
• Do you verify every part—measuring, identifying defects, and adjusting controls to eliminate production errors?
• Are you ready to apply strong diagnostic skills to support inspection and basic machinery repair?
• And when priorities shift, will you jump in with other duties as assigned?

What proves you’re ready

• 2+ years using and/or programming manual, semi-automated, or automated tools and machines.
• Hands-on skill with CMM, CAD-CAM, micrometers, height gauges, calipers, and profilometers.
• Mastery in reading blueprints and design sketches.
• Ability to author and maintain up-to-date machining process documentation.
• Comfort working in warehouse, manufacturing, or production planning settings.
