Now hiring: Grinding Operator Assistant

Location: Rogers, AR

Pay Rate: $18.50 - $18.80 per hour

Shift Options: 1st Shift: 7 AM-3:30 PM or 2nd Shift: 3 PM-11:30 PM | Monday-Friday | OT may include; early starts, late shift ends, & Saturdays

Requirements:

• Previous manufacturing, machine operator, or production experience preferred.
• Experience with automated machinery or grinding equipment is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and production documents.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to use measuring tools and perform basic quality inspections.
• Comfortable troubleshooting basic production or machine issues.
• Ability to lift to 33 pounds regularly.
• Ability to stand for the entire shift and frequently walk, bend, reach, and lift.
• Steel-toe shoes and safety glasses required; gloves worn as needed.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Job Duties:

You'll be part of a team that keeps and maintains production goals. That means loading, packing, inspecting, and staying sharp. You'll use your hands, follow instructions, and make sure quality and safety come first.
