What You’ll Do
Lead day-to-day store operations with a focus on people, product, and performance
Create a fresh, in-stock, and highly shoppable environment across all departments
Drive sales and profitability through smart merchandising, inventory control, and margin management
Maintain exceptional store conditions including cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
Oversee ordering, inventory levels, and product flow to ensure consistent availability and minimal shrink
Lead and develop a high-performing team through coaching, training, and accountability
Foster a culture of ownership, urgency, and hospitality throughout the store
Partner with department leaders to ensure alignment on execution, standards, and team development
Handle customer needs with professionalism, ensuring an outstanding guest experience every time
Support all aspects of store operations including front-end, staffing, scheduling, and financial performance
Ensure proper execution of special orders, catering requests, and seasonal initiatives
Maintain a safe and secure environment for both team members and customers
What We’re Looking For
Proven leadership experience in grocery or high-volume retail operations
Strong background in store-level financial performance, inventory management, and team leadership
Passion for fresh product, clean stores, and exceptional customer experience
Ability to lead from the front with a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves approach
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
A natural coach who builds teams and develops future leaders
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Solid understanding of front-end operations, hiring, and labor management
Food safety knowledge with ability to maintain required certifications
