Grocery Supervisor, 99 Main Office

Job Title: Grocery Supervisor    

Location: 99, Honolulu

Pay: $65K Annually

We are seeking a highly motivated, customer service driven individual to join our team as Grocery Supervisor. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for store level execution on merchandising, quality, and financial performance for the Grocery department.

Essential Duties:

• Direct store on achieving financial objectives.
• Ensures merchandising and store conditions are to company standard.
• Execute department promotions/programs.
• Acts as a liaison between the department director, district manager and store.
• Responsible for training and directing store personnel on operations, customer service and company or department initiatives.
• Conduct store visits and provide support to the store.

Education Requirements:

• College degree preferred; High School degree required

Experience/Skills/Training:

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Grocery retail, merchandising preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with people management preferred
• Must have customer service experience and working knowledge of Grocery products
• Must have working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must possess strong organizational and time management skills to manage special projects with decision making authority.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced, deadline driven environment

Other:

• Must be willing and able to travel
• Must have valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Must be able to lift, push, pull, carry a minimum of 50 lbs.
• TB Clearance required
