As a Ground Instructor with Vista America, you will provide classroom and simulator training to support Part 135 and Part 142 operations. This will include training program development, simulator support, and ground instruction for company indoc, as well as aircraft systems training. The perfect applicant is a great problem solver, brand ambassador and always ready to lend a helping hand. This position is based in Columbus, OH, reports to the Director of Training, and allows for transition to a pilot position after 12- 18 months as a ground instructor.

Requirements:
Commercial Pilot Certificate
900 hrs total time
Current CFI and CFII qualification (or equivalent, Check Pilot, TCE, IP ie TRI, TRE)
6 months delivering training experience or
150 hrs. dual given.
Obtain and maintain an appropriate aviation medical certificate (if required)
Successful completion of Vista America provided instructor training.
Intermediate level (or higher) experience/ skills with Microsoft Office/365 products
Professional behavior.
150 hours flight time in previous 365 days/30 hours in previous 90 days
No accidents, incidents or FAA enforcement actions in last 5 years
Authorization to travel to/from all cities/countries served by Vista America
Authorization to work in the United States
