Job TitleGround Up Private APMJob DescriptionAssist Project Managers with the day-to-day oversight of ground-up commercial and multifamily construction projects. Support project lifecycle activities including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and closeout. Manage and track RFIs, submittals, and change orders to ensure timely project progression. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, architects, and ownership teams to maintain project alignment. Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting through platforms such as Procore (or similar systems). Participate in job site meetings and assist with ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
